What’s up with the disappearing friends?

Why do people got to the trouble of requesting to be friends just to unfriend you or leave XH by deleting their profile just the very next day? I guess my question is, why bother? I’ve been hit with a rash of this type of behavior lately and I’m wondering what’s driving most of it? I try to be open and upfront with what my profile is about, maybe there are those that have issues with why they are on a site like this in the first place? Just a thought……..

to kornor : I agree.Money is the root to all evil...........This site was mine & everyones else's favorvite site.But it's gone way down hill.......Thats is what is wrong with todays world also........People who are enjoying things & have nothing to do with it get punished for the problems Greedy does to people.

Friends are also cepearing because of greedy people.People are here for there own reasons.Xhamster think you should be spending money here.So anyone that is & Amateur or not spending any money on this site they want to get rid of.Thats the bottom line.So people are trying to fine other places to go.

to kornor : The little bit that is left can be still found here and a few other places, but it too remains under constant attavk. It has been almost 100% completely eraficated from PH. What is left is for pay amatur p0rn which is mostly staged and older left over pro p0rn clips. Really old junk too. I’m afraid the amatur days of XH and PH are about done. Misspellings are necessary here unfortunately.

to DocFev : I believe it has been about the advlt industry losing money and being undermined by so much homemade p0rn flooding the internet for FREE. I have a long string theory about this that I will not bore you with here, suffice it to say that most user generated compilation and true home amatur p0rn has all but been er0sed inside of just a short year.

to DocFev : I see a general reduction overall in the amount of true amatur p0rn available in every category, everywhere. I am almost positive that this is NOT what they say it is (concern over unverified perf0rmers or concern over lawmuits from some grieved person or party).

to DocFev : Yes, that or they’ve been suddenly l0cked available to “Subscrib 0nly”. I think XH continues to evert c0ntr0l over all of our video libraries. Pouring over video after video checking for unverified amatur content, underag0 and so forth. Many of my favorites continue to disappear as simple blanks, not ‘deleted’ but under so called ‘review’. None of them that have been selected for this treadment have to this date been restored so I think some of the original authors may be simply ‘deleting’ them when they are selected for this treadment. Maybe that is where some of the overnight deleti0ns are coming from.

to kornor : I see your point. I've 'saved' videos I've liked, recent ones only to get back online and see they've been 'deleted' . That's frustrating too. Hard to say why this occurrence is happening.

It's not you my friend,it's Xhamster.I've had several people ask me to be friends & the same with me.You click on it to except but it does not add anything to your account.Then Xhamster takes away also.They can do what ever they want but the members have to follow the rules.It's a double standard.So bottom why worry about it.

to DocFev : Some maybe, but these accounts I’m particularly speaking about have generally been around for several years and were accounts with sizable collections for the most part. They aren’t “overnighters” or experimenters and I generally don’t grant friendship to such accounts unless there are extenuating circumstances and/or we have chatted about it. My main question is even given the frustration of late with XH in general, why would you go to the trouble of bothering someone, just to bail in a day? I experienced a rash of it back a couple of months ago….. for the most part it seems to have subsided for now.

I think all the replies have hit the reasons why. I've experienced it too and have done it myself. But not join one day and leave the next, that sounds like a 'naughty' husband or other seeing what they can see.

I think it's all part if the demise of xHam. No uploading pics more than a year ago, now having to be Verified for vids. If there was a better alternative, I would have bailed.

I’m guilty of doing this! I crave attention and when I’m getting nasty and sending naked pics! No response I get turned off!

to kornor : hadn't noticed, but then i am not on as much as before. i DO get mssgs from people who have zilch on their profiles, i ignore them, and later look down in my inbox to see that they have departed. I have noticed a drop in activity, owing to new rules. No more new PMVs or virtually any amateur. Now it's all pro or semi-pro, b/c of new rules. I'll watch a bit now and then and even fave a few, but watching BLACKED latest release is a yawner compared to a REAL hotwife.

Oh, I quite agree. This, like most places, has morphed into so much less than what it once was. The engagement and interaction has certainly dropped off with the overall deterioration of the site. Change is inevitable, and usually it is not for the good. Let me leave you with this though. Just something to ponder. The thing is that people in the real world just can’t leave others alone to their business. Someone and/or something has to be blamed for all the bad in the world and well SEX or in this case PORN (oh my goodness now there is a very naughty word) has to be bad too right? Right? I mean we all whisper about it in public and we even refuse to even have honest conversations about it with our significant others….. Obviously there is something just not good and wholesome about it, so all this easy access porn must be the reason for all the low birthrates and all the low marriage rates and all the relationship issues and so forth and so on when it’s obviously just so, so DIRTY……. What has triggered this particular round of censorship when sex is being pushed on us blatantly through mainstream media every day? Is it that our particular versions/visions of it don’t conform and why would that be????

to Megabetaboy : Well, I’m certainly one that is very glad you no longer feel shame for your activities here as your have one of my favorite content pages here and this site would be much less without you in it. Sadly I believe that XH was fforced by it’s financial support to do most of the things it has done, the rest being done by the copyright infringement police although I believe their impact to be much more negligible. When you’re faced with having your mainstream money supply through the way you accept payments totally cut off and once then the promise of easy profits are removed, you have no reason to even stay in business. So much if not all of the changes that have be wrought dI think are knee jerk reactions in an effort to stay alive. Will they be able to keep their customer base? Now that’s another thing entirely. There are a lot of very unhappy people here, including myself. It’s just that breaking up a long time relation ship is a very, very hard thing for a lot of us to do. However Tumbler is a classic case example of what can happen…… Are you paying attention X Ham? I sincerely doubt it. Sadly, I still think they are way too busy just trying to keep the Titanic from sinking at the moment.
