I have a vibrating cock ring Thor2 from Lego, it works great, has a silicone ring to stretch over your shaft. The vibrating part is more for the woman, if you keep it on top of your shaft it will vibrate her clit and you can rotate it to the underside of your shaft when doing doggie style and still rock her clit.
