Just received this back from Hamster:

According to the latest regulations in the industry our users are allowed to publish only the content supported by the full set of documents which includes: IDs of all performers, models releases with consent for shooting, distribution, download and 2257 form.

*At the moment all the pictures without documents, including Favorited photos were removed from the public view and set to ‘Waiting for moderation’ status. Now you will need to become a verified creator in order to restore your uploaded galleries to public view.

*For the moment there is no possibility to collect the full set of mentioned documents for the content transferred via PMs on our website therefore this feature is no longer available. Once we make the collection of the documents for such content available the feature will be restored.

We are constantly working on making xHamster a safe and pleasant experience by protecting the rights of content owners and preventing the distribution of potentially prohibited content.

Note that in the nearest future all content that was uploaded without supporting documents might be removed.

Because of the industry trend? Yeah, it's strange. Xvideos is in France, France has joined the EU. You know Xhamster is in Cyprus, Cyprus is also the EU. Xvideos hasn't collect IDs and documents. Xhamster behaviouring illegal.

Deleted videos and other issues So here's the deal. Porn #Hub is getting sued for something like $54 billion over the content. Seems that some of the r~evenge porn wasn't deleted when they were asked. XHamster is undoubtedly cleaning up its content in a de`fensive maneuver to prevent a similar lawsuit.

to smallfurrycreature : FYI - that came right out of a PM chat - >> click on image >> right click and open in its own tab >> that page has an xxx.jpeg as its URL [https....] >> that now can be copied into >> [image] xxx.jpeg [/image] no spaces you will find you can do the same damn thing to your photos in your galleries - at this point I really don't care about other fools who don't know the old addage :: IF the Product is FREE = YOU are the PRODUCT

Some guys lost 95% of their fave photos...sometimes thousands of pix. These were mostly bi, crossdresser or men in lingerie pix since we're "the fringe". I searched for "mature crossdressers" in photos and there's not much left. Men in panties did somewhat better. So there's hope LOL
