About judicial corporal punishment

I think all crimes should consider using corporal punishment. Perhaps in addition to jail time in the cases of serious crimes or a day visit type system for minor ones.
All adults over the age of 18 could receive corporal punishment. Anyone under 60 would automatically receive the sentence anyone over that would have to be assessed by a doctor to see if that sentence is suitable.
The instruments used in punishments would be the cane, leather strap, birch and cat of nine tails whip. The offender would be punished on their buttocks or back, the offender would always be punished naked.
A doctor would examine the offender before, during and after the punishment.

As a female I must receive judicial corporal punishment for the slightest law breaking. That means a judicial flogging fully naked in public. It is just and fair.

Perhaps while in a stockade in public so the fear of public humiliation and pain would help deter the crime. Maybe even testicle and clit whipping to drive it home!

Ich bin vollauf deiner Meinung, dass die körperliche Züchtigung von Straftätern und Straftäterinnen wieder eingeführt werden sollte. Denn die Vergangenheit hat gezeigt, dass Geldbussen und Gefängnisstrafen nicht dazu geführt haben, dass die Kriminalitätsrate entscheidend gesunken wäre. Bei leichteren Vergehen könnte die körperliche Züchtigung anstelle einer Busse oder kurzen Gefängnisstrafe vollzogen werden, wenn nötig in mehreren Teilen im Abstand von jeweils einem Monat. Bei schwereren Straftaten sollten die Sträflinge die Möglichkeit haben, die Gefängnisstrafe zu reduzieren, indem sie sich zusätzlich regelmässig körperlich züchtigen lassen. Ich könnte mir vorstellen, pro 200 oder 300 Schläge auf das nackte Gesäss die Gefängnisstrafe um einen Monat zu verkürzen. Wichtig scheint mir, dass die körperliche Strafe neben den Schmerzen auch eine demütigende, erniedrigende Wirkung haben sollte. Deshalb ist es unumgänglich, dass Sträflinge beider Geschlechter während der Züchtigung völlig nackt sein müssen und die Strafe vor Publikum vollzogen wird. Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass es viele unbescholtene Leute gibt, die gerne bei einer solchen Bestrafung anwesend wären und für das Zuschauen sogar noch Eintritt bezahlen würden. Ihnen sollte die Möglichkeit geboten werden zu masturbieren, wenn sie von der Züchtigung und dem Geschrei der Sträflinge sexuell erregt werden. Die Jugendkriminalität nimmt zwar in den meisten Ländern nicht mehr zu, doch werden die von Jugendlichen begangenen Straftaten immer schwerer. Dabei werden Menschen zum Teil schwer verletzt oder sogar getötet. Als Strafen werden meist eine Anzahl Sozialstunden verhängt, die aber wenig bis nichts nützen. Deshalb sollten auch Jugendliche ab 14 Jahren, also wenn sie strafmündig werden, körperlich gezüchtigt werden. Bei ihnen hätte die Körperstrafe, wenn sie ebenfalls nackt und vor Publikum vollzogen würde, vermutlich die noch bessere Erziehungswirkung als bei Erwachsenen. Wer unschuldige Leute schlägt und verletzt, verdient keine besondere Schonung.
