On a personal note, I remember the thrill when I first watched the Young Harlots and Slam It! films and realised that top class porn production had arrived and leveraged international stars in a UK production. Young Harlots in London remains one of my all-time favourite titles.

They are the second wave that took over from the original golden age directors who were in various countries working un much more uncertain legal conditions. Private, Magma, John Thompson, Rocco Siffredo Produzioni, Dorcel, Video Art Holland, Paradise Film and Abby Winters (Feck International is their holding company despite their Australian content), because really, they were from an artistic stable at the time. Harmony Video suddenly arrived on the scene in the UK in 2003. They started with a series of films called Slam It! that were all directed by a guy called Macondo. He also shot two films for Daring Media (Sticky Knickers, a set og vignettes, and Streetwalkers, a feature length film) that were in the same timespan, 2007 and 2008. European porn deserves a good history. These people who built it were creative and business pioneers every bit as swashbuckling as the British and French sexual explorers of the 19th century.

I sent you a link to that scene in a DM. The movie is Bondage Thoughts, directed by Kendo, with his very distinctive style. It was released by Daring Media in 2007.
