Hi its only me

Nothing ever changes here, well not for the better anyway! I did leave on a view of NOT returning, however curiosity got the better of me i guess. But now I find that I can't chane my profile pic which is very disappointing rant over....for now I think!!
I had a dear friend stay over for Christmas. She kept me busy and took my withdrawal symptoms away from Xham, away in more ways than ever. She's a mean cook as well I might hasten to add. Let's just say we spent most of Christmas snuggled up, well fed and toasty warm.

So I know its Feb but I'd just like to wish each and every one of you a happy new year. Stay healthy guys.

A big dilemma for me now is do I stay or go? So many good people have already gone. New material is hard to find now.
And now to tidy up my page.....again!

Hello, hope this year will be nice for you. It’s great if you had a good Christmas too. I don't come often and every time I come I see a new change but it's cool to take news. Even if I'm trying to wean myself off lol

I still find this place to be the most fluid chat platform. . . functional, responsive. Mind you, with the right partners. There are some real dilletantes and duds out there too, but I know who the gems are. I have figured some ways around some of their obstacles. Just a tactical thinker. . . You and I haven't exchanged too many notes except in the comment streams of our dear friend Olla. . . and some of those in concern for her. But hope you are well, Lulu, dear. I am afraid 2025 is going to be a wild ride, though this Yank is trying to cling to some shred of sanity. Used to talk about being cautiously optimistic. Maybe now it feels more like pessimistically hopeful. Thank God for my Hamster comrades and companions. . .

I still feel it is a family of old friends. I am lucky in that I built up my library although it is decimated to what it was. My conversations are what I like most and other sites just don't seem to have that "friends" feel. I will continue on here until the undertakers have buried my last friend. Alison xxx

Yes lulu it is very disappointing..the xh restrictions as well as friends leaving. But it is for the good friends here still that I stay...welcome back
