Being not jealous is a special mindset. The vast majority of people, especially those in relationships, can't deal with that dynamic of polyamory. But IF you can, it can be a great spark in the relationship, using your partner's sexuality and desire for variety to give you pleasure as well. For a sub like me, it could be a serious turn-on/
