Hey, I’m now in charge of these wonnnnnderful things called ‘tariffs’. See! I raise them. On their way down, we all sell our shares (souls). Hee hee!
Get this, though: I tip you off and we buy them back. Then, guess what! I lower these fabulous tariffs. Watch what happens. WE ALL GET RICHER! Yayyyyyy. And! We have the profits in our jolly old pockets from the sale.
Why then, we can sell them again!!
Then! I look at those darling tariffs again. And. Yeah, you got it!
