A Little Fact On My Weight Loss

Hi Guys,

Yesterday, my sister was here, and I asked how much she weighed. She is roughly 8 1/2 stone, so I have stopped carrying around my 26-year-old sister! lol

I tried to lift her, but I couldn't! How did i carry that much weight on me!?

to Happylad45 : It's been slow progress, but over the last year I've lost 3 stone. So it feels like a massive drop in a short period of time as ive been losing now for roughly 5Y. still have about 3-4 stone to go. i look so much better, and it's just the smoking holding my health back now, and i do plan to stop that at some point. My body must have been under so much pressure. Thank you for being so supportive over the last few years xxxx

to Stephanie-Nicole-TV : it really does! when i first started losing weight there is a site that tells you what things weigh and i did that every week but i'd not done it in ages. My sister said how thin i was ooking so i asked how much she weighed and i couldnt believe it! Thank you too xxxx
