These actors are not paid what they are worth, yet they are 'forced' into worldwide fame and face being ostracized from regular society, because society cannot get over their engrained ick factor of their profession. After awhile rubbing your genitals over thousands of strangers with the risk of disease all too imminent causes burn-out, depression, despondence, and leaves their souls feeling hollow. Many of them turn to drugs and waste all their money and have nothing left. Even if they don't, few find long lasting jobs behind the camera as a director, etc or cross over to mainstream. Surviving after their stint is over, is difficult unless they have a clever plan from the start. It's no wonder they kill themselves.
