I think it probably depends on your point of attraction. If you're going to be thinking about who is behind the glory hole, it may bother you, because you know it's a guy. If you're going to be thinking about how it feels there probably isn't a lot of difference between a mans mouth and a womans, unless you're looking at them doing it. I suppose a more important question is, if you're gay, bi or straight, why does it matter? There is nothing wrong with discovery and experimentation providing everybody is consenting.
