The unfair removal of Dez
yet another shining example of the way xHamster moderators play favorites and allow personal friendships and bias to influence their decision making, when it should be an impartial judgement. today one of my close friends on here, Dez, aka http://xhamster.com/user/blidavoz was banned from this site after an arguement with one of the reviewers. In the time that ive known her, she has done nothing but post her own content and stand by her friends, for which she has been "rewarded" by being constantly attacked and harrassed by trolls, having her pictures stolen and reposted in blogs, having fake profiles created with the sole purpose of insulting her and instigating fights with her. naturally, as anyone would, she stood up for herself against this harrassment and did her best to do so with a smile, despite the fact that it must have been annoying (to say the least) to not get a moment's time to enjoy the things this site has to offer and was designed to offer. instead she spent nearly every day on here debating and arguing with users who sought only to insult her and cause her harm, as well as the fake profiles created by these users to further insult and attack her. as a result of her defending herself against this nearly constant onsluaght of trolls and attackers, she has been banned from the site, while the users who started each and every one of these fights are permitted to continue to exsist here. and why is she gone when these trolls are permitted to remain? because these trolls are friends of the site moderators, and they are permitted to do as they please while the site moderators look the other way, out of a desire to protect their friends.
this raises the question of why site moderators have personal profiles here at all. it is intended to be a more direct way for users to interact with those who run this site, but instead it seems to simply be a method with which some users can garner favor with said moderators in order to be treated more leniently in behaviors that should be squashed out, instead of condoned. so perhaps in order to put an end to this sort of behavior, and to protect harmless users like Dez who just came here to share a bit of herself in the form of personal pics and videos, and to enjoy the site, moderators should no longer have personal profiles and users should interact with support through the email system thats in place. anything that can be done to end this should be done, and innocent users like Dez should be given their profiles back and permitted to go about minding their own business, while the trolls that attack them should be more feircely targeted. it is unfair to persecute the victims while encouraging the attackers. this behavior needs to change and wonderful people like Dez should be given their place here back.
