Why xHamster?

The other day I posted a movie of Virginia Bell. It was part of my B&W movies from the back of mens magazines. It was called Hollywood Honeys #264. Well, xHamster did not let it thru to be posted because it was a re-post from 8 months ago.
Now here is my question, if it was posted that long ago, then why do certain videos seem to be posted monthly? Here is one example. It is usually posted with the following words in the title. Big busty Indian or Big titted hottie indian. You get the picture. Here is what I found.

The biggest thing is, she is not Indian. Her name is Ariel Poula aaaaaaand she is Brazilian.
All of the videos have been posted within the last year.
The one I posted was posted 8 months before. Can anyone give me a good answer why?
This is only one example if I wanted to I could find at least a dozen more.
