Porn = the destruction of males?

I sometimes wonder, if porn isn't IN FACT a conspiracy against the males of western civilization. Because, I don't think that most african males can watch porn at a computer. And I assume that most of the chinese can't look at porn - either because of consorship or because they have such a busy society, that they can't afford themselfes to watch porn for hours...
I wonder, if its not a some kind of "feminist" way to "break through" this society. The 60ies american-german revolutioneries (the 68 generation) and those whose idea that movement was - THEY would have been happy to have in porn such a wonderful weapon.
I sometimes wonder about it... how intelligent I could be, if I would stop watching porn and just read a book or think about something...

and so on. S a d l y almost nobody will read this and almost nobody will think about it for a moment.

She definitely does not, somewhat low libido contributes, but pretty vanilla stuff is always the norm. Therefore you are not wrong.

to richrt : You said it! I waste too much time masturbating. I should be more productive. I even prefer masturbating to porn over making love to the wife. Sad.

Porn addiction is real , I'm sure many of us question the time spent here , and energy lost through masturbation as something defensible . I personally have had a binge / purge cycle for years .

Here's my take on your view. Anytime you lose balance in your life, and by that I mean to be responsible to your health, work, and happiness (whatever that may be), you will always be needing the missing piece that you have neglected. If you spend too much time with porn or anything and neglect the other things then you will never be able to appreciate and enjoy the efforts in all areas of your life. I like porn too and probably spend too much time on it. And I admit juggling all the different things in your life is tiresome and mundane at times but I wouldn't trade places with a lot of people I know. As far as Chinese and others not in a financial position to view porn and being more productive or intelligent than us porn watching fiends, I know that they would do very much the same as we are doing if they had the opportunity or means. I feel sorry for them, I've had some of the safest self gratification from on-line porn than poor people having risky sex or unnecessary pregnancies.
