Black and White movies part 1
The Black and White movies I post part 1
I had a guy personal messenger me about where the B & W movies that I post came from, so I told him instead of trying to tell him in a pm that I would write a blog about them.
As I said to him, most of the movies you bought from the back of Men’s Magazines from the late 1940’s all the way through the last 1980’s Magazines like Men.s Digest, For Men only, Men’s Adventure, and more like that. The magazines had stories of man in different parts of the world on adventure quests or anything men day dream of doing. Tbey had pictures of women with the tiniest types of clothing or topless, but never showing the pubic area. In fact most of the women were shaved in the pubic area so the photographers could airbrush the pubic area clean. In another words the women would look like Barbie with nothing in the pubic area. If you where able to find pictures of women with a pubic area that was not airbrushed, the photographer probably kept them for himself and when the laws were changed in the 1960’s, the pictures were finally releast to the public.
That is how women like Bettie Page, Donna Brown, Marge Mellor, Judy O’Day, Bobbie Reynolds, and hundreds of more got their start in the business. Sometimes the photograghers were shooting 16mm or 8mm film while the women were posting. These movies were for sale in the back of these magazines as away of seeing the women not just stand there, but also to see them move. These movies by today’s standards are very tame. They showed the women with pasties covering their nipples or without the pasties. Some of the earlier movies might show the pubic area without censorship, but than they changed the law to where they could not show the pubic area, these movies you will see the women standing or laying with their legs crossed or holding their hands in front of the pubic area. Then there was a lawsuit about the ability to show the pubic area and the law was changed again. That is why you will see newer movies with the pubic area in view again.
I first became awere of these movies when I was a k** of about 12 yrs old, because I started to hang around with a guy whose father had these types of magazines. My parents were strict Baptists and never had anything like them in our home. I can still remember seeing for the first time Donna Brown and Bobbie Reynolds posing together in the magazine. It was like WOW!!!!! Those magazines changed my life and then I noticed the ads in the back telling me for $2.95 I could get movies of these women. My head became unscrewed , I could see these women move WOW!!!!!!.
