Live Cam Entertainment II
This is a follow-up to my earlier post about new cam entertainers and some things they should be taught, or learn early on, in order to be successful. I have since spent more time as a visitor, and more token-money, as a visitor, and here are some other things I have learned. I know the male perspective may be different, so please understand that these are just my opinions.
1. Cam entertaining is hard work. Like all work, it is sometimes difficult to be enthusiastic when beginning each work day. But if you are setting up anyway, you may as well earn money. Care about yourself. If make up is part of your game, apply it well. Wear different outfits to keep yourself, if not your visitors, interested. You need not spend lots of money. Do not situate yourself in your room the same way each day. Change. The most professional, the most successful, and seemingly the most content entertainers do this. They may be "down", but you rarely see it.
2. If you are not enjoying yourself with a particular visitor and cannot hide the fact, give up that visitor. There is nothing more disappointing to a paying customer than for that customer to hear the entertainer say canned "oh, baby" or "you make me so hot". Maybe guys don't know the difference, but I think most of the well-paying and long-lasting ones do. Remember, the most important thing for you is to make your customer feel important. Especially the ones you want to keep spending tokens with you. Make them feel good and they will treat you well. Honesty, or really good acting, works best.
3. Be nice to your visitors until they begin to jeopardize your ability to earn. Don't scold them publicly; just ban them from your room if they are consistently inappropriate. Some so-called grays can be nice and can add to a room. But never, never, allow non-tipping visitors to direct your action when there are tippers in the room. There is little that turns tippers off more than having the freeloaders run your show. They will leave your room. They may never return. Be kind to freeloaders, but do not let them manage you.
I am still amazed by the variety of pretty and talented women who do this for money, either full or part-time, for pleasure, for college tuition or for food on the table. I am also amazed at the range of talent, from the incredibly creative to the sleepy amateurs. Bless you all for giving us this type of entertainment.
