Vegas views – part 2
Bathrooms with picture windows. What a concept. In the opening scene of the “Sin City” video you can see the view from my bathtub and shower stall. My room in that video was a corner room, meaning that in one direction I looked across to a sister hotel and in the other direction I had a close up view into several of my fellow hotel guest’s rooms. Tough angle and tough lighting, but very close.
As much as I enjoyed the voyeur views chronicled in my Sin City video, I was really hoping for an all-time classic flash. Just as I could see very well into some of my neighbors’ rooms, a few of them could see directly into my bedroom. I set up my video camera in the very corner of my room giving me the best possible angle to film my neighbors. Eventually I noticed a young lady checking herself out in the mirror in her bathroom (did I mention the bathrooms have picture windows?). I got my wifi enabled camera pointed in the right direction, connected my smart phone to monitor her reaction, then settled in on the bed and turned on my reading light. She did react to the light coming on but left after a few seconds.
I figured it was another failed flash, and I suppose it was. As you will see, she was sharing the room with a guy, so I shut my light off and turned my attention elsewhere. But as a voyeur video, it’s certainly not a failure. In the last scene, the guy is standing in the bathtub and the girl looks back and smiles – either at the guy’s butt or at me. I’d like to think…
