What I would do Is lead her out to the woods, very secluded, where nobody goes, tie her hands and elbows together to make her tits stand out.

Then I would tie her tits so tight with slip knots that they get tighter the more weight you put on them, then let them swell Then, when they are engorged with blood, I would throw the ends of the ropes that bound her tits over a thick tree limb, then haul her up by her tits with no other suport.
