A high Fiber Diet is good too, or add with a supplement. I use Gummi Fiber Chews.

I use warm water enema's. Take and hold the hot/warm water as long as you can and repeat until you run clean. It usually takes me about 5 times to be running clean. Figure a hour prep time. Hope this helps!!! :-)
