Private_Uploads Account Banned?

So I got banned for infringing on copyright laws, xhamster got a DMCA request filed for one of my videos and was told to close my account, so that's what happened to Private_Uploads.

I'll be continuing my uploading on this account so don't worry about that.

8th account and I'm still here... God knows why but I feel at home here at xhamster, with all my friends I've made along the way.

You think those big video companies really lose money because a little video gets posted that they pay someone to hunt down their stuff that's one thing I hate about YouTube the big movie and television companies are so quick to have something taken down because they aren't get paid for it.

to jakak94 : Right okay, thanks for the information I'll have to use this in the future then! I always shave a few seconds off my videos and add in my intro to throw off people finding out its their clip :P, But I could also try and edit the audio as well, make it quieter or higher pitched maybe.. All this just to provide some content on here, what the fuck is life coming to....

to Rocketman450- : Nope, videos on here only get reviewed for content that they don't allow (incest/piss/scat/etc) if a video that you've uploaded is the same as one uploaded, or, one that has been taken down due to a DMCA or such, that doesn't get uploaded too. Also, the original holders of the video can check if the audio or video matches the one that is uploaded (automated system like YouTube's can just do a scan of most of the videos on the site, and flag them down), and obviously, the actor/actresses name in the comment, companies can find the video quicker that way.

I take it that when I upload a video it gets reviewed by reviewers on this site, they make a decision if it's not illegal in anyway I guess, but they must have some reviewers who are content producers or some DMCA agents who have access to the videos somehow, I'm not sure...
