This article is really great. I read and own a book called Becoming The Multi Orgasmic Man or something like that. The teachings in the book taught most of the techniques mentioned in the article. I have to say it was frustrating at the beginning because I was trying too hard. Most of it you just have to figure out by accident or trial and error. It is something that I practice and consider a part of my life. I know that it has not only health benefits. But it makes sex and masturbation amazing. Also the way your body feels and how you can make your lady feel is not only physically but psychologically out of this world.

Very interesting article! I think perhaps too many of us are satisfied with a quick "fast food" orgasm, and don't bother with much more involved "gourmet" types of orgasms. Especially if we have a lifetime habit of masturbating to porn, where the approach to male orgasm is invariably quick and linear.
