Bare feels better, but it's definitely something that should be agreed on by both. And by both I mean the bottom since the top can put it in any way he chooses.If you want a condom, you need to ask for it or you're almost certainly getting it raw. To the specific question of when-- when you want that nut deep in your dick starving puzzy like the man said. If you aren't worried about catching something, let him bust that in you!
