All About Me
I have something to say before you all jump to conclusions please understand & not judge me at all,
July 8th 1993 I was born into this world but I wasn't born like everyone else, right after my mother gave birth to me at first it seem I was born healthy & normal but sadly I wasn't I was diagnose with Neurofibromatosis type 1 aka NF it's a nervous system disease I am the only one in my family that has this, The disease has infected my life one of them is called Scoliosis which makes my spin curb I can get surgery but my doctor doesn't want to do that yet in case I do go for it & have problems with it so for now just keep an eye on it but I can still do stuff like play sports, the disease can be a learning disability I went to high school but got an IEP diploma in the year 2011 & I also went to college & got a certificate in the year 2015 so basically I didn't give up and neither should anyone just believe in yourself like doc from back to the future said if you put your to it you can accomplish anything, I have on my body what is call Café au lait spots I got them when I was born & more as I grew there is a treatment for that I would get them lasered removed if they get worst because they can become tumors I have them everywhere my arms, my hands, my neck, my stomach, my legs, my back which I have a really big one & lastly I got one by my right eye, I have a tumor by my left k**ney that is also part of my disease that can also be removed if it's bad but so far everything is good just keeping an eye on it & lastly I have what's called Optic glioma it's a tumor that is launched into my brain towards my eyesight I got them when I was about two years old & when I was eight years old I believe that's when I losted my sight in my right eye I don't remember ever seeing out of two eyes & the tumors are also near my left eye my doctor said that they would be a chance that I will become fully blind sadly there is no cure I have to get MRI'S a lot to keep an eye on it I really hope that doesn't happened I'm scared that if I do become fully blind how would I work, how would I not be able to lose my job, or be available to see my c***dren in the future, in the future, I would end up getting a seeing eye dog to help me get around but still I'm scared but my doctor said that they maybe a 50%50 chance that my k**s might be diagnosed with NF as well.
