Six Responsibilities of a Master
Found this on another site and it was hailed as a good example so I am reprinting it here
A good Master understands that compatibility at the outset is essential.
A good Master doesn't turn Himself inside out trying to fulfill someone else's vision of mastery.
A good Master understands that building trust and respect take time, and that inspiring the slave to continuous consent to give over authority is an ongoing process.
A good Master is clear about what his priorities are, communicates them and enforces them.
A good Master is clear about what his responsibilities are, and fulfills them.
A good Master adapts to changing circumstances.
