Dress Up Day
If I am planning to get dressed up or have the chance to potentially get pegged there are a list of things that I normally do.
Prep:
First; so things don't get messy I typically watch my diet leading up to dressing up or pegging play date. I increase my water intake, eat more leafy green foods and fruits and vegetables. Stay away from greasy, fatty and processed foods and I also add some extra fiber to my diet.
Next I use a bulb syringe to clean myself out. You can purchase a good inexpensive bulb enema on Amazon or you can empty out a fleet enema and refill with plain water. Don't use a enema bag or a shower enema because water can get trapped inside of you. Use warm water and flush yourself a few times until the water runs clear. I tend to add some coconut oil to the water because it makes things smells pretty darn good.
I shave my legs, bikini area and chest until it is silky smooth. I also occasionally use Nair body hair remover so I can get my testicles, taint and asshole as hairless as possible.
Take a nice hot shower. After getting out of the shower I lotion up my entire body with cocoa butter, paying special attention to the areas that I shaved.
I wear a buttplug for a bit before pegging, it can loosen me up to make it more enjoyable. A bit of a warning though, if you leave the house with your plug in you make sure to bring a plastic baggie with you just in case you have to take the toy out.
