I get turned off by the balloon boobs of 80s porn stars, but I'm fascinated by augmented boobs that look natural. Years ago, a transgender guy created a website devoted to technical information about breast augmentation, full of photos with arrows pointing to the tell-tale scars. That site is long gone. Why don't you upload a few photos and see what kind of comments they draw?
