Who is this?? Perfect babe from my youth

I would love to know who this is. I actually had this very playing card (and the whole deck) when I was like 13 years old. Till this very day this card always stayed in the back of my mind. This still is the perfect body/babe for me. Does anyone know who this is??

In the fifth row of pictures there are three man. In the seventh row, there are three women. The middle one is Traci Lords. "Torpedo Tits".

Not Traci Lords. I started jerking off to her when she hit the scene, illegally, unfortunately.. I think that this is Savannah. She worked in the 90's.

She's got a lot of the same features as Traci Lords, but I can't say for sure. If it is Traci, then it might be a photo of her when she was under age and therefor an illegal photo.
