Not feeling well !!

Sorry to tell you guys and girls,
i have had a paramedic out to me tonight,
feeling very poorly, high temperature, freezing cold
cough really bad headache, needing you to sending me
lots of love and kisses and I hope I pull through this, if
I get any worse I will have to go in to hospital xx
