to GeneralSanders : I reckon if it’s painful either 1)your technique is shit (your not doing it right), or 2)your hands are too rough (your working too hard). The remedies are 1)practice more until you can do it right, 2)stop working so hard, or 3)engage someone with soft hands to do it for you (this works in both cases)
