It's the attention to detail. The ball gag with the straps went across the face and up over the 4 head and going underneath the chin. Now that's a gag that would make me shut up and keep me that way. There is the hefty neck collar my head position. An those handcuffs not nearly as comfortable as leather wrist cuffs. They also give you that slight bit of movement that makes you think you might have some hope of getting out. But there is no getting out. Along with being told to take small steps so I'm sure her legs were shackled. Being forced to take small steps gives me plenty of time to contemplate my fate
