As you may have heard we're doing works outside on the electric cables and unfortunately I'm going around telling all the residents that we're going to be working until 1am tomorrow.

Right, well the noise is what I want to talk to you about. It is definitely becoming an issue. It's very very loud. My husband is upstairs, very unwell and he needs as much rest as he can possibly get.
