In the fall of 1983, Playboy introduced a new game.

Miss September Barbara Edwards.

A military brat, Barbara was transplanted from New Mexico to Virginia, to Georgia, to

Hawaii and ultimately to Laguna Beach, California where she became a passionate art student.

She also became the 1984 Playmate of the Year.
