Hi, I'm Andrea and today I'm demonstrating how to express breast milk using an electric breast pump for thefeedingguide****.au.
So today I'm using an electric double pump which I find is particularly helpful with returning to work.
It's a really quick way to express a good amount of breast milk.
The first step for putting this pump together is to attach the connector to the bottle.
Connect the breast shield into that connector, making sure that you have a really good seal.
