will be working out as usual glutes. Guys, you gotta remember that if you're over 30
or also under 30, you are always working out your arms, your pecs, your abs, and you're
never working out that glute. The glutes, us women, we love to grab a scribbity, so
we gotta work those out and we gotta get that muscle right now super hard and working out.
