so the hot tub isn't working I'm so glad you could come out at short notice to fix it

because you know obviously we've got a lot going on here it's almost the weekend

we've got to put a lot of people in so yes it's stopped working

I'll explain it so obviously with one of the filters here I feel like something might be stuck in it

I'm not really sure what because it's not really filtering properly
