Hi guys, I'm 35 weeks pregnant and I'm just going to do some yoga here.
So you can see me relaxing and feeling the stretches because I do get a little bit tired
so I just need to stretch and get my body back as good as I can.
So as you can see, I'm stretching my hamstring and it gets me a little bit in shape, ready for the birth.
I'm not going to be totally in shape because I'll get in shape after I've had her but it just keeps me toned.
