The Training of Dia Zerva, Day Four

I have had experiences with those in the past and they are very constrictive and it kind

of makes you want to panic a bit.

I think today I was ready for something like that to happen because I didn't have the same

reactions in my body that I used to.

I'm pretty much neat and I'm in a new book being pushed back and forth.
