Hey guys, welcome back to the channel. Today we are doing a quick warm-up.
This is a warm-up that I want you guys to do before each workout that you do on this channel, or any workout that you do anywhere.
Warming up is super, super important.
So today we're going to be doing a mix of stretching and a little bit of cardio, some squats, some lunges, just to really warm up the body, get the blood flow going.
It's only about 10 minutes long, so it's super quick, super easy to just throw in at the beginning of your workout.
