It requires a vacuum pump, regulator, reserve tank, various hoses and fittings, a venus 2000 receiver, a stand with bungee cord to add to the tug motion and a milk machine pulsator. It works on the principle of a cow milling machine but the receiver is made by abco research (Sybian and Venus2000) to fit a human cock.
I sourced the pulsator from China and the rest of the items came from a tool company or Amazon. It took some experimenting and lots of research on what might work for me. I could write pages but don't feel this is the right forum to do so. You can find additional info through an internet search. Too much vacuum could be VERY damaging and I really would prefer to not put too much details online here to perhaps cause someone to have an accident :)
